November Meeting Re-cap!

How fun was last night?  Thanks to Rochelle Simon (Director) who volunteered her home to have all us ladies over for a Ladies & Lockets girls night in meeting!

We indulged in not only some fabulous tips and tools for our businesses but also delicious snacks and deserts!   Thank you to everyone who brought a snack!!  I think Beths chocolate chip cookies won the BEST snack award!!

You are probably wondering well who won the "beautiful bust" award?

Candice Barkin was our recipient this month!  She has worked her business consistently and has overcome fears of the phone and sharing the opportunity with others.
In moments of doubt and fear she was able to stay strong and keep working her business.
Her persistence and dedication has started producing results and we couldn't be happier for her as she gets to build her direct sales career at such a young age!

Our theme for the evening was Vendor/Tradeshow Events since we are in the heart of the season!

First item on the list was talking about our Christmas shipping cut off dates.  This is crucial to know when taking orders to make sure your customers do not miss out on their gift delivery.

I have posted the Dates on www.teamcharmingsupport.com right on the home page for your reference at all times

We focused on our month of november and what you can do to make it successful.  One of those things is write down exactly what YOU want out of this month.  There is a fabulous resource called the "november action plan" It helps you think through and write down your sales, social and enrolling goals for this month!  Another bonus is the action plan checklist included on the document! Along with the november action I have included a full page november and december calendar for you to plan some of the following:

Which days are you committed to hosting socials/events?

Which days are you committed to doing your follow up?

Next we had Randy Mellon show off her beautiful new event checklist.
It helps you stay organized for your events by providing an area to record all the show information.  An essential piece to this list is the section giving you questions to ask the organizer prior to booking.
You have a packing list as well.  At the bottom of the checklist is a great follow up section!
This is a must have when doing your vendor events.

We took the rest of the meeting to really discuss vendor events especially things to say to engage more people at your booth/table.

We fell in LOVE with what Susan & Linda shared with us

"Choose the locket you like and fill it with a story you love."

""I change peoples loves by helping them open their own businesses in international markets"

Read the entire document about different scripts at vendor events!

Last but definitely not the least we reviewed our new "fashion show by the book"  for socials.  This is a new little twist on the traditional social by the book!

Listen to the recorded call on the fashion show by the book!  This was featured on the team glitter tuesday call! (There is recognition at the beginning)
