Hi my name is Monika Mavec and I joined South Hill Designs in Canada's prelaunch in September 2013.  I purchased and opened a kit that would truly change my life!  
After a few short months our South Hill family began to grow so we decided to give it a name: 
Team Charming! 
I am very excited that you have decided to purchase your own South Hill Designs/Mialisia/Youngevity business.  
You can work this business how ever you see fit for your life and goals.  
Our team is a community of like minded men & woman who are pursuing a hobby, part-time or full-time business.  
Your upline/sponsor acts as a "support partner" to help guide you and give you tips and handy information to make your business a success.  
It is you, along with your commitment and dedication that will determine your own individual success.

While waiting for your kit:


  • Order a square reader so that you will be able to accept credit card payments on the spot.  It is FREE and can also be purchased at staples

  • Have a call with your upline/sponsor to talk about our fabulous 100 days to success program! 

(see the new artist folder under "documents" for the program document)

  • Grab a calendar and begin by marking all the dates that you would like to work in the next 2 months!  This will then provide you with a great visual and list of dates to give potential hostesses

  • Schedule your "Launch" social.  A launch social is a social you host yourself that will launch your business to your family and friends.  **A helpful tip- schedule 2 launch parties within 3 days to get the best results!! 
  • Start working on your FRANK list.  This is a list of people you know and their contact info.  This will help you establish your starting point or database for your business. 


  • Post your plans and share your excitement about your new business on facebook.  

  • Invite as many people as you can to your launch social!!

  • Schedule 4-5 socials in the next 30 days. You will ask those that could not attend your launch to host their own social. These socials will give you the practice and comfort you need.  There is no better experience then going through it!  

  • Invite a friend to join the business with you! Stats show that when you start  the business with a friend, your chance of success are much higher.

  • Get to know your BACK OFFICE.  This is where you can place orders, access training and get other company information. **Don't get overwhelmed by the BACK OFFICE.  Ask your sponsor(we also call this person your UPLINE) to walk you through placing your first order and navigating  your way!  **You can also view the BACK OFFICE TOUR video in the "How to's" tab on this website.

How to sign in to your back office:

Go to your retail site (www.yourname.southhilldesigns.com)
Click on the Login (top right corner) then artist login


Use your Artist ID# and password that you set up to sign in




  • Coordinate with your sponsor/upline to attend one of their socials or to have a mini information session about how to run a social. You will also want to create your social flow for your launch with the help of your sponsor.

  • Order more business tools such as business cards.  Click on the "supplies" tab on this site.  You can also create your own business cards via Vistaprint.  

You can find our logo in your back office under RESOURCES<SALES<MARKETING

This is also a great time to create labels for the cataloges, order forms, brochures etc that will be included in your kit.  Your label should include the following:

Full Name- Artist ID#
Your South Hill website URL(www.yourname.southhilldesigns.com)
Email Address
Phone Number (optional)




Once your kit arrives:

  • Open your kit and familiarize yourself with the products. This is always more fun to do with a friend!  Have a mini kit opening party.  Touch base with your sponsor/upline to ask any questions you may have and to help in the coordination of your launch social.

At this point you will have been in contact with your sponsor/upline a few times are well on your way launching your business, understanding the 100 days to success and getting more comfortable with the back office. 

How do we get paid?

You will be paid on the 15th of the month for the month previous (sept 10th- August commission)

South Hill Designs/Mialisia/Youngevity deposits your commission into a Paylutions account. You will use your Artist ID# and password to sign in. There is also an option to receive a cheque!




Once you are signed in you will be able to attach your bank account that you will be able to transfer to.  You can also get the free south hill re-loadable visa through Paylutions.  You can load the card with all or some of your commissions.
